I love it!  What a sweet place to stay!  I've been wanting to stay here since I heard the motel was being revived and I have to say the Tee Pee Motel exceeds all expectations.  The bed is comfy, the room is nice and the staff is awesome!

This is our 50th Wedding Anniversary.  50 years ago we spent our wedding night in the flat tops.

Our kids gave us this for our anniversary and we truly enjoyed the stay.

Everything is real nice.

We have watched these for 50 years, for we live 6 miles east of Wharton.  We are very grateful to have them open again.

This was truly an experience we both enjoyed.  I've lived in the El Campo area for years, but now that we live in Houston, we are privileged to have stayed here @ Tee-Pee.  Thanks to the owners who kept and restored this once again.  We will be back and probably with more friends.

When I was a little girl coming from Houston to visit family in Wharton, the Tee Pee Motel sign was a landmark that we were near Wharton.  I always wanted to stay in Tee Pee Motel but it was closed and abandoned.  I secretly wished I could stay here.  Well!  That was over fifty years ago, and my wish came true.  Good things come to those who wait!  The rooms are lovely, cozy, clean and very peaceful.  I am from Indian heritage and I feel very at home here!

We love visiting Wharton!  The room was nice & cozy.  We met nice people throughout Wharton.  We enjoyed the riverwalk, 20th Century Museum and the County Historical Museum.

We would love to come back and visit again!

  Thanks so much for having the great idea to renovate the Tee Pees.  My husband, daughter and I had a great time: cooking out, throwing the football, cooking hot dogs, roasting marshmallows & looking at the wildflowers.  I love ~ love the Neon sign!!!  Thanks for taking us back in time.  We'll be back!
