On January 24, 2005, Statewide Solutions of East Bernard, Texas began the process of restoring the Tee Pee Motel.
John Dusek, Owner of Statewide Solutions and his crew consisting of David Navarro, Jonathan Aguilar, Raymond Navarro, Rocky Mancias and Rocky Gaeona started by removing years of debris left by strangers in the night, bird nests that were built in the access area above the ceiling, and time worn laminate flooring.
Removing the interior stucco walls was next. This enabled them to remove framing that was damaged by termites through years of neglect and also to enlarge the bathroom area. This was a timely task, but one that was necessary to insure the stability of the concrete structures.
